This VIP Welcome Social is a party to get to know and thank our sponsors and vendors. The Welcome Social is included with the All-Festival Pass purchase. You can get VIP Welcome Social Tickets by purchasing an All-Festival Pass or by being one of our Sponsors. Individual tickets may be purchased for $20.00 at the registration booth on Friday, May 27th between the hours of 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. if available. The welcome social will be an all age gathering. (Food included with ticket. IDs will be required if drinking alcohol at the socials.)

Head downtown for a show at the Elks Theatre. View all the award winners for this year film festival competition along with a featured film to be announced at a later date. Previous featured films were Seasons a film by The Collective, “Women of Dirt” from Bones Over Metal, and “Follow Me” from Anthill Films.
Saturday’s race awards will be handed out at this event. Stick around Downtown for a Pub Crawl that will continue to keep you entertained. You never know when superman will appear!

Geocache Event: Fat Tire Ride and Seek
This ain’t no regular city bike path ride. Get a whole new look at the Leonard Swanson Bike Path with a GPSr in hand (or on handlebar) and find ten hidden caches. Want to learn how to use your GPSr ? After finding ten small caches you’ll be ready to roll. Already good with a GPSr? Refine your seeking and stealth skills on a bike! Registration runs from 12:30 to 1:00 and will be located at the registration headquarters at the vendor expo in Founders Park. Five hides east and five hides west, span the length of this bike path. Everyone is a winner by collecting stickers from each cache found. Return to the registration area by 3:30 to be eligible for prizes!
This event is FREE. Cache coordinates will be provided at registration using GSAK or for manual entry. Your GPSr will need a USB port for the electronic transfer.

Join us for entertainment and a real western barbeque. This event is included in the All Festival Pass. If you don’t hold an All Festival Pass, music is free and tickets for the barbeque can be purchased in advance for $15.00. (Food included with ticket. IDs will be required if drinking alcohol at the socials.)
Afterwards stick around and enjoy the entertainment.
Race awards as well as King and Queen of the Hills will be presented at the Barbeque as well as lots of raffle prizes.
BEER-MUDA RAFFEL
What is the Beer-Muda Triangle? You don’t buy tickets; you spend money at our sponsors and get tickets for the raffle in doing so. Very simply, while you’re here if you purchase food, drink, etc., from any of our sponsors and turn in your receipts to the Festival Headquarters, and receive tickets for prizes.
This is how it works:
During your stay, visit any of our sponsors, including Firehouse Brewing, Howard Johnson, Acme Bikes, Two Wheeler Dealer, and Scheels. Get a receipt for all purchases made there and turn it in at Festival Headquarters. We will give you one ticket per $10.00 you spend at any of our sponsors. Spend $10.00 get one ticket. Spend $20.00 get two tickets. Spend more, get more, but they must be receipts from our sponsors.
Make sure you keep those tickets separate form all other drawings and attend the Barbeque on Sunday evening where the drawings will be held. You know you’re going to eat, drink and purchase bike equipment while you’re in town. Why not eat, drink and buy with our sponsors?
Raffle prizes for the Beer-Muda Triangle to be given away Sunday, May 29th at the barbeque. You must be present to win!
